The range extends from a simple DIY Self service capability through to a blended approach that mixes group workshops with traditional interviews and an automated diagnostic review with a respondent pool size of your choosing. Aspire can deliver the services for you or we can provide you with the access to the product and provide you with the training and support you need to run your own analytical assessments independently.

This service option provides a low-cost entry point for using the diagnostics on a licenced basis. A single admin licence is typically required to get started. Aspire provides basic training to enable you to build your own diagnostic and run your own survey. Respondent licence fees will depend on the size of groups you expect to be working with.

Group Workshop Approach

Aspire runs a facilitated series of group workshops (1) Prep - to configure the reporting needs and survey needs of your business (2) Diagnose - to run through the diagnostic as a group debating and agreeing views together as a group of 5-20 people typically. (3) Analyse - A final workshop is run to review the analytics and formulate plan of action around the prioritised change roadmap.
